After a lower impression is made, a void is left in the area where the tongue fits into the tray.
When the tray is filled with plaster/stone to bring about a cast model, the plaster spills over into the tongue area unless it is blocked by another material.
If it is not blocked, the plaster/stone must be ground out.
If the area is blocked by alginate, the alginate requires mixing, set-up time and the associated mess.
Wonderfill solves these problems! Refer to the easy steps shown on this page. |
